This couple. I’m not even sure what to say other than they made over year of planning their June wedding together not only a joy, but entertaining and fun! We met Erin & Jeff back when we were a part of Borrowed (a wedding expo down in Baltimore back in 2012) and immediately clicked. We loved how much they adored one another and kept humor and fun as a main ingredient in their relationship.
Their backyard wedding, held at Jeff’s parent’s home was the perfect backdrop for their big day. The elegance of their home, barn filled with the most amazing cars and the rolling hills not only lent to a beautiful wedding location, but the relaxed environment allowed everyone to kick back and have a great time!
Captured beautifully by Natalie Franke Photography, we are so thrilled to share this love story with you all today!
Be sure to check back this afternoon as we share their amazing wedding video by Tree of Life Films!

It’s been a while since we fully updated you all on what’s been going on here at Belovely and today, I’m finally getting around to writing this post.
2013 posed a ton of changes for us, both personally and professionally. As some of you may know, last November my husband and I got pregnant with our first child. (We had posted about our announcement but have since removed that post, but our big news was also featured on On To Baby). Sadly, 5 months into our pregnancy we not only lost our little baby girl, but found out that our problem is a rare recessive gene and we face a long and stressful road in trying to start our family. Coping with loss and fear for the future is certainly a lot to deal with, however it pleases me to share that I was able to find peace in making Belovely a full time job. Moving on from my Interior Design background, I’m happy to now call Belovely my 24/7 job (design doesn’t sleep). My mother, Denise came on board with team Belovely helping open our gift shop and expand our services to include floral design. It may sound crazy, but helping couples create the wedding of their dreams and seeing the smiles and hope for their future together on the happiest day of their lives gives me extreme joy.
As Belovely expanded, Colleen took a hard look at her life goals and has decided to move on from Belovely as an owner to pursue bigger dreams, however will finish out the year working with us on our big weddings and events of the fall season. As much as it saddens us to see her go, we are so happy to support our very good friend in her life decisions!
As you can see, it’s been quite a roller-coaster ride for Belovely this past year, but I will also say that we’ve had the best batch of clients & weddings this year which only helps our team look forward to our 2014 season that much more! We’re working on some really great things for next year, and be sure to check us out at January’s Lovesick Expo! (working on a big project we’re hoping to unleash by then!)
